#FITINTHATKIT: DAY 5-6 Control




Its not the easiest thing to control yourself from eating bad foods when they are all around you.  I haven't had meat in a while and decided to grill chicken for a light alternative to the greens.  I need to get ahold of some micro greens, I really want to try it out…  In other news subbing an avocado for lunch instead of 5-6 slices of pizza sure does help cut down on the calories.

Day 5 and 6 were ok by me, wish the weather was cooperating and I could get out for some decent rides.
